protecting new creations
IYAGI-GYEOL shares Korea’s cultural heritage
while protecting the original stories, characters,
illustrations, and creative works made for this site.
Traditional folktales, legends, customs, and cultural practices
are distinguished from the original writing, storytelling,
characters, illustrations, design, and other creative expression
produced by IYAGI-GYEOL.
We do not claim exclusive ownership over folktales, legends,
folk traditions, seasonal customs, or cultural practices
that have been passed down through generations.
Versions of the same tradition may differ by region,
historical period, written source, or oral tradition.
Original wording, dialogue, story structure, scenes,
character interactions, and other creative expression produced
by IYAGI-GYEOL may be protected even when a story
is inspired by traditional material.
Reproducing substantial portions without permission is not permitted.
The names, designs, visual identities, and related creative materials
of our four characters are important creative assets of IYAGI-GYEOL.
These characters may not be used without permission
for merchandise, advertising, apps, games, videos,
publications, branding, or other commercial purposes.
Illustrations, character images, graphics, logos,
and other visual materials published by IYAGI-GYEOL
may be protected by copyright or other applicable rights.
They may not be copied, redistributed, sold,
or used as material for another website, social media account,
advertisement, product, or video without permission.
Coloring materials specifically provided for personal use
may be enjoyed by individuals and families for non-commercial purposes.
The original files may not be resold, redistributed,
re-uploaded as downloadable materials, or commercially reproduced
without permission.
Videos, narration, editing, music, and other media created
for IYAGI-GYEOL may also be protected.
These materials may not be copied or re-uploaded without permission.
